orange chocolate heart




This tart I did it for my birthday, which was in October, but for reasons I have been busy uqe I have not since. I recommend impresionareis diners.


I put the recipe to do, as is the copy, and the author's exact words is: Smurf , is made in the traditional way but can be done also with the Thermomix.
Cake Ingredients

flour 75 gr - 75 gr
sugar - 3 eggs
- a teaspoon of yeast Royal

Orange Cream - 100 grams of sugar
- 1 gr huevo9
lemon juice - 40 gr
orange juice - 50 g butter chocolate mousse

- 300
g black chocolate - 120 g sugar
- 80 ml of water
- 4 eggs
- 600 ml cream
- 6 sheets of gelatin

Preparation Prepare the cake by beating the eggs and sugar until smooth and laundered . Sift flour with baking powder and add slowly to the mixture. Spread on a baking sheet to prepare a roly-poly. Bake 15 min. heat to 180 degrees below. Allow to cool and a ring mold cut to size you want to make the cake, I did a little smaller.
To make the orange cream mix all ingredients except butter, cook one minute and remove without leaving and without boiling, add gelatin sheet hydrated. Cool slightly and add the softened butter and mix well. I put in a bowl covered with film and freezer. Book.
To prepare the chocolate mousse over cook the sugar water and prepare a syrup clarito.Deshacer chocolate in microwave on low potencia.Montar eggs and gradually add the syrup
Heat 200 ml of cream and undo previously hydrated gelatin, add the melted chocolate. Add the eggs and the rest of the whipped cream, mix gently and set aside.
for mounting to a ring and put tape all around overhead or in my case, aluminum foil. Place the cake in half if you want you can get drunk a little syrup or some liquor. Pour a little mousse and put in the center core of the orange cream and be consistent because it has been in the freezer. Finish filling with the rest of the mousse and cool.
